Robert Agar-Hutton (who was born in 1953) founded
Protectics® in 1991 by as he saw the need for a company that would
specialises in delivering products and training courses in the management of anger,
aggression and violence.
His varied background includes being an accountant, a
computer programmer and systems analyst, a business and marketing consultant, a website
designer, a trainer, an after dinner and motivational speaker, an author and a martial artist
with over forty years of experience.
He is a fellow and founder member of IATAM, the International Association for Trainers in
Aggression Management.
He has qualified in areas as diverse as Scuba Diving, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Reiki and First
Aid. He is a 5th degree black belt in Karate Jutsu and an instructor of Tai Chi.
Robert is also the author of "How to Deal with Verbal Aggression" (ISBN 1-899293-78-7) a
book and eBook that sells worldwide.
